I offer personal counselling for folks who may be carrying stress, grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, or the emotional weight of caring for everyone else.
My approach is warm, practical, trauma-informed, and person-centred. I believe counselling is a place where you do not have to perform being fine. We can slow things down, make room for what is actually happening, and begin to notice the patterns, stories, boundaries, and body signals that may be shaping how you move through the world.
I use a mix of conversation, practical tools, nervous system awareness, self-advocacy, and body-based reflection. I also bring experience supporting helpers, caregivers, front-line workers, and people navigating difficult systems.
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. You only need to start where you are.
